Defending – Single Wrist Grab

YELLOW WITH WHITE STRIPE– 6th Kyu Stage I (3 months training)
On the Ground Techniques, attacking and defending 

YELLOW – 6th Kyu (3 months training)
Defending – Double Wrist Grab

ORANGE WITH WHITE STRIPE– 5th Kyu Stage I (3 months training)
Defending – Double Jacket Grab 

ORANGE – 5th Kyu (3 months training)
Defending – Single Jacket Grab/Hook Punch 

GREEN WITH WHITE STRIPE – 4th Kyu Stage I (3 months training)
Defending - Hook Punch to head
